Chapter Membership
You may choose to join a chapter in your area so that you are able
to attend the regularly scheduled meetings, workshops, lectures, stitch-ins and participate in group correspondence courses.
Chapters also showcase their needlework by organizing exhibits and reach out in the community with labors of love, volunteer
service and projects to benefit various groups and organizations. Chapter meeting times vary; Some meet either during the day or in
the evening, and sometimes hold both day and evening meetings. Chapter newsletters include information on all scheduled activities.
As a chapter member, you will also be able to participate in regional activities. Regions sponsor special education events such
as leadership training, workshops and seminars. You are free to join as many chapters as you wish.
Consult the listing of
chapters for the chapter nearest you, and use the form provided for a contact in your area. A member of the staff will either
furnish you with the address of the president of the chapter you have selected, or if there is any doubt of location, that of the
director of your region.
